This little farmhouse isn’t quite as tiny as you might guess. It has the appearance of a tiny home even from a distance, but it’s actually a full sized family house set on a South Carolina farm.
Of course, we can’t all jump into a large house, let alone jump into a large farm property! But the layout of this house is interesting: two stories with a fairly steep incline to the roof ceilings of the upper floor.
Also that wrap-around porch. You can take a look at the photos of the interior yourself. They opted for a very large double-height common living room area.
Would you have guessed this farmhouse is approximately 2,325 square feet?
