There is a good heating system and an AC generator. For barbecue lovers, they can use the upper veranda when the sun is up.

And for added adventure on holidays, residents can use the outboard motors and have short trips in various places. It is a perfect home that can be used for numerous recreational activities like paddling, water skiing, seafaring and other sailing explorations.

Another wonderful feature of this floating home is its modular design. It can be conveniently stored and shipped to almost any places in the world. And because it is created with ecological concern, its stimulated sludge wastewater management plant is perfectly designed by Friday.
