Swimming pools are something a lot of people place high on their list of things they’d like to have at home or at least nearby. Are you one of those people who every day feels like they’d like to just outstretch your arms and dive into some water?
Here’s an instance of a guy who built a backyard swimming pool, and he did it with recycled pallet construction.
Pallets are something pretty much everyone has access to, and can afford as well, since they are often free to pick up.
The guy’s name is Torben Jung. The pool isn’t a huge one, but it’s an idea he put into place with just 10 recycled pallets.
Once he had the pallets in place, overlapping to form a circle or corral, he layed a tarp over it, and used extra wood to hide the parts he wanted to hide.
After that, he just added water. Would you try this?
