Ecologic Pavilion was built for the Archi<20 Festivale de l’Architecture in September in Muttersholtz, Alsace, France. Designed by Studio 1984, the pavilion was built from straw, wood and metal sheets with the help of Bois2boo and Scierie Friederich. This home design was built with an eco-friendly idea in mind, and that is to draw the residents into a closer relationship with the earth around them. Its design is meant to show you that you are a part of nature at all times.
With its modern geometric design, this home combines nature and modern style together to create the best of both worlds in one home space. The beauty of the home and its large windows, that also brings the outside in will appeal to many people. It will draw those who are already connected to nature in some way on a daily basis and those coming from the busy city lifestyle, what they sometimes call, the concrete jungle. The design is sturdy and durable and meant to offer beauty, relaxation, safety, and the beauty of gaia.
