Tiny house designers and the people who live in small houses have basically an encyclopedia of techniques and tricks to get the most out of small spaces to maximize their comfort levels. But those principles can also be applied to people who live in regular-sized houses, too. That’s what we have here, with Will & Jen’s Wannaka house, as featured on Living Big in a Tiny House recently.
Modern, efficient, and full of interesting ideas that you’d usually find in a tiny house, the couple built a new piece of architecture that includes a patio between the main house and the garage (does this still count as a ‘stand-alone garage’?), an inflatable bathtub (yes, you read that right), and a minimalist design that gives people an open, spacious feeling when they experience the house.
