Enjoy meeting the Whidbey; a modern, rustic cottage on Washington’s Lake Whatcom. Actually, the Whidbey is just one of a community of cottages located at the luxurious Wildwood Lakefront Cottages, which is north of Bellingham. The Whidbey is a park model home and was designed by the well-known West Coast Homes company. This cottage holds 400 sq ft of living space with a full kitchen, living room area and a bathroom. The staircase is uniquely L-shaped and it has a large loft space that can be separated into two bedrooms. If you don’t need two bedrooms, half of the loft can be used for storage or an at-home office space.
This home also boasts a fireplace in the living room and a large spacious front porch for relaxation and entertainment. A large front porch is reminiscent of much bigger homes and it gives you the feeling of having another living space when the weather is warm enough to do so.
