While prefab homes and modulars come in all shapes and sizes, sometime a traditional design is just what a person is looking for. Here’s a design we found by a company called Kropf, and it’s just that. A simple RV home design that packs a lot into it’s small package.
It’s a 400 square foot tiny home in one sense, but on the other hand, it has 11 foot high ceilings, a full kitchen that has an island for meal preparation and socializing, a full bathroom and show, and it has two sleeping lofts in addition to the main bedroom of this RV unit. If you want to, you can sleep up to eight people in this tiny house on wheels, which means family get togethers are doable!
The unit is currently retailing for $65,000. Taking a look at the nice looking simple exterior (photo above) and the clean traditional stylings of the interior, you can see why some buyers invested another $15 – $20,000 for screened patios so they can spread out into the outside area.
