These metal building packages can be used for such a number of purposes, including as homes, garages, guest houses, industrial spaces, storage areas, sheds, and offices. This one is a combination purposed building: it’s meant to be a living space, hobby garage and office — all of those things in one metal building.
They used a standard size 36 by 64 foot metal building and then designed the modifications that would furnish their goals. Since it’s a 10 foot high ceiling, this standard construction is around 2300 feet square.
