The prices include a factory package:
-The structure of the frame exterior walls including inner insulation, with external finished with wooden coating or alternatively the cappoto ready to be plastered.
– The structure of the inner walls including the plasterboard
– Structure of standard roof truss, ready for the installation of the tiles, as an alternative option and in addition on the price and ‘the roof beams.
-Windows and PVC with double and triple-glazed French windows.
Factory package:
- Transport and assembly are optional and have an additional cost (on the site specified in the price list).
- You can change the position of the inner walls. Minor changes do not affect the total price of the house. If you want to build according to your own designs, we can prepare an individual offer.
- Delivery Time is approx 6-8 weeks. Assembly time of the crude home is ca. 2-7 days.
- Technical drawings of the house are included in the price, as the static calculations.
