This design creates two spaces; one that is a garage and the other creates a space where one can relax or entertain, use like a patio, when it isn’t in use. To many people see garages are seen as unsightly, though they are practical additions to a house, garages aren’t usually described as being pretty.
With a disappearing garage, you have the convenience of practicality, and another open space to work with, as your car descends below and the garage becomes invisible. There is also a great safety feature to an invisible garage. There is much less threat to your car, as far as damage, vandalism, and theft. You can rest assured that your car is being protected and kept away from the sun and bad weather.
